Source authorship remains human and locally verified

English titles, abstracts, keywords, and selected public-facing metadata may be prepared with generative-AI assistance and manually reviewed against the original Chinese source text. Chinese source texts, author annotations, factual statements, provenance notes, source narratives, quotations, citations, and source-level interpretations are authored and verified by the Archive Author. Generative AI is not used to create, reconstruct, infer, or supplement source narratives, factual evidence, quotations, citations, or provenance information. Public de-identification is performed manually by the Archive Author.

03 / AI & MACHINE LEARNING USE NOTE

No consent for commercial model development

The Archive Author does not consent to the use of released Chinese source texts, author annotations, or other substantive archival materials for commercial AI model training, continued pretraining, fine-tuning, instruction tuning, benchmark construction, model evaluation, dataset development, or similar machine-learning purposes.

This position also applies where a commercial entity releases resulting models, weights, benchmarks, or datasets free of charge, as open source, or under a source-available license when the use contributes to its products, commercial research, market position, or institutional reputation.

Scholarly discovery, conventional search indexing, DOI and bibliographic metadata harvesting, human reading, citation, and good-faith non-commercial research remain welcome, subject to the stated license and applicable law. This note records the Archive Author’s express position and does not purport to modify CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 or restrict uses independently permitted by applicable law.

04 / PUBLIC PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS

Controlled materials remain outside the release

Public packages exclude real personal names where protection is required, private customer or supplier identities, detailed contracts, chat and payment records, precise sensitive locations, proprietary files, raw provenance materials, private notes, and unreleased multimedia or supporting materials.
